Make a melee attack. On a hit, the target takes
normal damage and becomes boomed until
your next turn. If target moves willingly while
boomed, it takes 1d8 damage.
At 5th level the melee attack deals extra 1d8
thunder damage and moving damage increase
to 2d8. The dice increase again at 11th
and 17th level.
