While you wear these boots after you jump any movement following that jump does not need to
be on the ground as magic glyphs create stepping
stones everywhere you step. While this effect is
active you can ascend 5ft for every 10ft you move horizontally. You can descend safely provided
you move 5ft horizontally for every 5ft you
descend. This effect ends at the end of your turn
and if you are in the air you are considered
falling.
