Bordering Realms enters the battlefield tapped.

Whenever you cast your first instant or sorcery
spell each turn, you may sacrifice Bordering
Realms. If you do, search your library for an
Island and a Mountain card and put them onto
the battlefield tapped. Then, shuffle.
