Born' toughness is equal to the number of
creatures you control, plus the number of
creature cards in your graveyard.
{b/g}: each creture you contol gets +1/-1 until
the end of turn. If this would cause a
nontoken creature you control to die,
instead exile it and create a creature token
that is a copy of the exiled creature, except
its power and toughness are reversed.
