Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on a randomly chosen creature with the highest power.
{u}{u}{u}, {t}: For each creature that has six or more +1/+1 counters on it, each player puts a 6/6 blue Giant creature token onto the battlefield.
Whenever counter is put on a permanent each player draws a card.
