+1/+1 counter on each creature equal to the
amount of generic mana value in its mana cost.
Creatures have base power and toughness 0/0
and enter the battlefield with a number of +1/+1
counters on them equal to the amount of generic
mana spent to cast them.
Enter into darkness; transcend into light.
