At any time, you may draw a card.
Whenever a player draws a card, they lose 2 life.
Whenever a permanent you control has had 3
or more time counters added or removed from it,
each opponent draws 3 cards, then put a number
of +1/+1 counters on Borun equal to the number
of cards in target opponent's hand.
