Boss Rush

When Boss Rush enters the battlefield, each
player searches his or her library for X
permanent cards and puts them onto the
battlefield, then shuffles his or her library.
Whenever a nontoken permanent is put into a
graveyard from the battlefield, its controller may
search his or her library for a permanent card
with a lower converted mana cost and put it onto
the battlefield, then shuffle his or her library.
