Bottom-Up Learning

When Bottom-Up Learning enters the battlefield,
each player flips his or her library upside-down
and plays with the top card of his or her library revealed.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep,
Bottom-Up Learning deals damage to that player
equal to the number of noncreature spells
revealed on top of each player's library.
"Do you understand now, nitwit?"
