Bounding Inheritance

When bounding Inheritance enters the battlefield, draw two cards if you have less cards in hand then target opponent. If you have more cards than target opponent, discard two cards.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have less cards in your hand then target opponent, draw two cards. If you have more cards in your hand then target opponent, discard two cards.
