Can only be cast if a creature dealt damage
to you this turn.
Target creature that dealt damage to you this
turn gets a bounty counter. (If a creature with a
bounty counter on it leaves the battlefiled as a result
of a spell or ability controlled by a player other then
that creatures controller, that spells controller creates X
treasure tokens where X is that creatures power.)
