Any player may activate this ability once on
their turns.
{2}: Target creature gains a Bounty counter.
Creatures with Bounty counters on them have, "Whenever this creature dies, each opponent
creates a treasure token and draw a card"
Each player can only control one creature at a
time with a Bounty counter on it.
