Bounty Board

Sacrifice a Treasure token: put a Bounty counter
on target creature. Any player may activate this
as a sorcery.
Creatures with Bounty counters on them block
if able.
Whenever a creature with a Bounty counter dies,
the creature's controller chooses an opponent.
The chosen opponent creates a treasure token.
