Bounty Counter

When you gain control or kill a creature an
opponent controls with bounty counter(s) on it, collect the bounty:
Look at the top 3 cards of your library, you may
put X cards into your hand where X is the
number of bounty counters on the creature and
X is no greater than 3. Put the remaining cards
on the bottom of your library in any order.
Then, if no cards were put into your hand this
way, draw X cards.
