When Bounty Hunt enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
Whenever an opponent becomes the monarch, that player gains control of Bounty Hunt.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
pay 3 life. If you do, creatures can't attack you until your next turn and each opponent draws
two cards.
