Whenever Boushh enters the battlefield, put a
bounty counter on another target creature you
control.
{r}, {t}, Flip a coin: If you win the flip, remove
a bounty counter from target creature. If you
lose the flip, exile Boussh, then return it to the
battlefield transformed under its owner's control.
