Bow Caster

You may fire a grappling line as an action at a
target 60 ft away. On a successful hit, the line
is attached. Pulling the line free requires a DC 16 Strength Check.
After a successful hit, as a Bonus Action you may
use the Reel action to either pull a medium size or smaller creature 30 ft to you or pull yourself 30 ft
to a target. On a miss you can use an action to reel
the hook-bolt back.
