When strung on any bow:
• Any critically failed bow attack from the strung
bow may be treated as an ordinary failure. If so,
put a Fortune counter on this item.
• If you accept a critically failed attack roll of any
kind, remove all Fortune counters from this item.
You critically fail all attack rolls less than, or
equal to 1 + X, where X is the number of
Fortune counters on this item.
