Bowstring of the Wild Hunt

When attached to a short or long bow, the string adds +1 to damage (in addition to any magical bonus the bow may provide the wielder).
Once per day, the string can fire a special arrow that will attach to any surface and leave a thin line of rope leading back to the wielder. The rope can carry a medium-sized humanoid and all their gear.
