At the beginning of each player's upkeep, if that
player control the creature with the highest
power, or is tied for the highest, that player may
search their library for a creature or a land card,
reveal it, and put it into their hand.
Whenever a nontoken creature enters the
battlefield, it fight up to one creature controlled
by another player.
