During your upkeep, you may pay {p/u} and discard a
card. If you do, put a permanent card from your
hand or from your graveyard into play.

At the beginning of your end step, you may pay {p/b}
and sacrifice a permanent. If you do, each
opponent sacrifices a permanent.

When Braids, Nightmare Maniac dies, return it to
its owner's hand at the beginning of the next end
step.
