Brain Swap Machine

At the beginning of each upkeep, starting with
the active player each player sacrifices a creature
or planeswalker. Creatures or planeswalkers
sacrificed this way are exiled instead of being put
into their owner's graveyards.
At the beginning of each end step, starting with
the active player each player may put a
permanent exiled with Brain Swap Machine onto
the battlefield under their control.
