Whenever you draw a card you loose 1 life.
Pay {p/c} for each player: Each player creates a
1/1 black vampire creature token with lifelink, "Sacrifice this creature: Draw a card, Brakrios's controller gains 1 life."

player with lower life total then you.
{3}, {t}: Target player loses 2 life and you draw a
card. Any player may activate this ability.
