gold leaves. When you expend a charge, a leaf
withers. At dawn, new leaf buds unfurl and the
wand regains 1d6+1 charges. If you expend the wand
last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand withers and petrifies
losing all magical properties. While holding the wand, you can
spend a number of charges equal to the level at which you cast a
spell to increase the spell level by 1. The spell must heal a
