Branched Nova Charge

Use in your command phase, when a RIPTIDE
BATTLESUIT fails its nova reactor roll. That
roll passes instead. Can only be used on each
model once per battle.
If you run it too hard the reactor may overload,
a branched charge can stabilize it. Don't rely on it
too much let's try keeping repairs to a minimum.
