Discard 1 cards and pay {2} in colored mana of your commander identity: Target player reveals the top card of his library. If it’s a land card, exil it then put a tresor artefact under your control, otherwise you may play the spell for it’s converted mana cost in generic mana. If you don’t this player may play this spell as though it had flash. If he doesn’t, targeted player shuffle his library, you draw a card.
