Brawler's Flurry 1

One extra attack as long as it's unarmed,
"close", or "monk". -2 to hit if off-hand is
light, -4 if not. Full strength mod to dmg
with all attacks. It is not required to use
more than a single weapon.
Can disarm, sunder, or trip instead of
unarmed strike.
