Braxis Burntfoot can not be countered.
Whenever a spell or ability an opponent controls
a spell you control, Braxis deals damage equal to
it's converted mana cost to them.
Whenever a player targets a permanent another
player controls, Braxis deals 4 damage to them or
that player sacrifices a land
