Brazing Specter

Whenever Brazing Specter deals combat damage to a player, target artifact that player controls becomes a Fortification in addition to its other types. Then that player attaches it to a land he or she controls. It can't attack or block and its activated abilities cost an additional "Tap fortified land" to activate.
