Bridge of Chains

Creatures your opponent control have haste.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a
crumbling counter on Bridge of Chains.
When Bridge of Chains has two crumbling
counters on it, sacrifice it. If you do, tap all
creatures your opponent controls. Those
creatures do not untap during their controller's
next untap step.
