Brilliance, Master Of Truth

Brilliance enters the battlefield with X master counters on it. Brilliance's toughness is equal to the number of master counters on it.  When Brilliance dies, scry equal to the number of master counters on it.  tap: scry 3, then put a master counter on Brilliance, then if there are 10 or more master counters on Brilliance you may exile it, if you do, you get an emblem with "whenever you would scry, scry twice that many instead"
