Brilliant Horizons

At the beginning of your upkeep, exile
the top card of your library. You may play
that card until end of turn. If that card has
cycling, you may cycle it as if it were in
your hand. (Cards cycled this way go to your
graveyard.)
As harsh as the suns can be, some pursue the
horizon looking for a new tomorrow.
