Brilliant Light

When Brilliant Light enters the battlefield, draw
a card for each color of mana that was used to
cast it. If no color of mana was used to cast
Brilliant Light, sacrifice it and destroy target
colored permanent with converted mana cost {x} or lower.
Whenever you cast a multicolored spell you may
return Brilliant Light to its owners hand.
