BrokeChained Avatar

BrokeChained Avatar enters the battlefield with 4 chain counters on it. As long as BrokeChained Avatar has a chain counter on it, it cannot attack or block.
Whenever you deal combat damage to a player, remove a chain counter from BrokeChained Avatar. Then if BrokeChained Avatar has no chain counters on it, it gets +2/+2, Flying, and Hexproof.
