Broken Dragon

Broken Dragon is all colours.
Before you begin the game name a permanent
card in your deck. Broken Dragon's Casting cost
is equal to that card's casting cost plus {1}.
When Broken Dragon enters the battlefield
search your hand, your library, your graveyard,
your command zone, and cards you own in exile
for the named card, and put that card onto the
battlefield. If you searched your library this way,
shuffle it.
