At the beginning of each player's end step, they mill
two cards.

Whenever one or more cards are put into a player's
graveyard from a library, if at least one of them was
a creature card, create a 1/1 white Spirit creature
token with lifelink. Then, if at least one of them was
a non-creature card, each opponent loses one life.
