When Broly, Kakarot's Bane enters the field you may destroy all of your other creatures and if you do, destroy creatures your opponent controls up to the number of creatures that died this turn.
Whenever a creature your opponent controls dies, give a target creature a +1/+1 counter. +1/+1 counters attached to your opponent's creatures are instead -1/-1 counters.
