Broom of Flying

Broom of Flying (weight: 3) is a normal broom until
you speak its command word. It then flies with a
speed of 50 feet and carries up to 400 pounds (> 200
pounds: speed reduced to 30 ft).

Broom of Flying can travel alone to a familiar destination within 1 mile. It comes back via another command word, if it is still within 1 mile.
