Magecraft - Whenever you cast or copy an instant
or sorcery spell, put a Plague counter on target creature. (Creatures with plague counters on them
have -1/-1 and when they die, put a Plague counter on target creature.)
Brula has +0/+1 for every Plague counter among permanents.
