As long as defending controls a wizard, Brutal Patrol cannot be blocked.
Outlash - Whenever an opponent casts a spell that targets Brutal Patrol and/or another creature you control, put a -1/-1 counter on a creature that spell's controller controls without a -1/-1 counter on it. If you can't, you lose 2 life.
Sometimes they take law enforcement a little to far.
