Bubbles, Menacing Leader

When Bubbles enters the battlefield each opponent exiles the creature with the greatest converted mana cost among creatures they control. You may cast cards exiled this way and you may spend mana as if it were mana of any color to cast them.
At the beginning of your end step, if you control 3 or more creatures you do not own, you win the game.
