Budding Apothecary

At any time during a players turn and only once
per turn, that player may create a number of
incense tokens equal to 1+the number of coin
counters on Budding Apothecary. Each time a
player creates an incense token this way, put a
coin counter on Budding Apothecary.
At any time, if Budding Apothecary has 3 or
more coin counters, sacrifice it, then draw a card.
