At the beginning of your upkeep, put a hatching counter on each Food you control without a
hatching counter on it. Those artifacts have
"{2}, {t}, Sacrifice this artifact: Create a token
that's a copy of Budding Macetail" for as long as
they have a hatching counter on them.
