Bug Gym

When this gym enters the battlefield, exile all but
one gym with a visited counter on it. When you control no gyms, if this is in exile with a visited
counter on it, you may put this in your graveyard.
At the beginning of your upkeep put a web
counter on target land or another enchantment
that doesn't have one for each player. Permanents
with web counters lose all abilities and have "{t}: add {c}." Web counters can be removed by
paying {3} or when this leaves the battlefield.
