Buggy, Treasure Fiend

Whenever you create a treasure token put a
hoard counter on Buggy.
Buggy gets +X/+X where X is the number of
hoard counters on him.
At the beggining of each turn's end step if an
opponent has lost 4 or more life this turn you
create a treasure token.
