Building Up a Stock

At beginning your turn, each player tap any number untap lands, he or she controls, then each player creates an artifact treasure with "{t}, sacrifice this artifact: You gain a mana
of any color." for each land that was tapped this way. Tapped lands doesn't untap its
untap step until your next turn.
