Whenever Bulbasaur enters the battlefield, put a
-1/-1 counter on target creature.
At the beginning of your End Phase, if you
control 4 or more lands, sacrifice Bulbasaur.
If you do, search your hand and library for a card
named Ivysaur, and place it in the battlefield.
Shuffle your library afterwards.
