Bulls-eye

When Bulls-eye enters the battlefield, pick any creature.
Bulls-eye deals damage to that creature equal to
the number of Darts you control.
If you control no Darts, you may search your
library for a card named Dart Master, put it onto
the battlefield tapped, then shuffle your library.
