Eminence- Whenever you draw a card, mill a card
from the top of your library and exile it.

{1}{u}{b}: Put a card from exile on the bottom of your
library and Bullseye deals damage equal to the
number of cards you have in exile to any target.

Whenever Bullseye becomes the target of a spell or ability, mill a card and exile it. Bullseye gains
Hexproof until end of turn.
