At the beginning of each players upkeep, that player creates a Clue token called Dossier with "{2}, Sacrifice this artifact: Draw a card."

At the beginning of your upkeep scry 3, then add a Feedback counter to this enchantment. Whenever this enchantment has 3 Feedback counters on it, sacrifice it and you gain life equal to the number of Clue tokens on the battlefield.
